1. In which languages do you work?
English and Spanish. Contact us about other languages.

2. Can you just check my text for mistakes?
Of course we can. But last minute corrections are not really our thing. We can be of more use to you in helping you write your text rather than scanning it for surface errors when it’s already written.

3. Do you guarantee success?
Writing, like any creative human activity, is an uncertain and often difficult process. If you engage our services it does not mean that success is guaranteed but that some of the uncertainty will be removed from the process and you will obtain better results from your efforts.

4. I'd like to get started. What do I have to do?
Send us a text, something like a paper you would like to have published or the introduction to a longer text; this would be entirely free and would not imply any further commitment on your part. We'll get back to you with a preliminary opinion in 24-48 hours.

5. Will you write my term paper or dissertation for me?
No. We are well aware of the existence of web sites which offer to write essays for students and that is not what we do. While our work inevitably involves some proofreading, we are acutely aware of the dangers of sliding into a position of co-authorship with the client and anyone who thinks that we are going to write their text for them is going to be disappointed.

6. Do you only work with individuals?
No, we provide a range of writing online support solutions for institutions too. Contact us for more info.

7. Do you guarantee confidentiality? I don't want to lose my ideas.
We value the privacy of our clients and will safeguard any information or documents entrusted to us. All correspondence from our clients is treated as strictly private and confidential.
